Take the Lane rips into some forthcoming modifications to Ontario’s Highway Traffic Act, including its outdated requirement that cyclists have “reflective tape” on their bikes when cycling at night, and the lack of a provision forcing motorists to give cyclists a one-meter berth when passing, as advised by the driver’s handbook.
